After entering personal details like gender, height and weight, the player can also select a workout location (e.g. Central Park, The Maldives) and up to two goals. The possible goals are divided into a few categories such as General Health (think weight loss) or Special Occasions (like getting in shape for a wedding). This setup allows for the selection of a daily workout from the main menu, in which the system puts together a 30-minute workout of exercises that will target these goals. The game also contains a daily food plan to go with this workout. It is also possible to just select specific exercises or put together a complete custom workout.
Using the Wii Balance (or just entering their weight on PS3 and XBox 360), players can keep track of their progress.
Games marked as complete may or may not be missing their manual. Their original case/box is guaranteed to be included. If you are concerned about the condition of a case, box or what inserts/manuals are included, please reach out to us before purchasing. Cases/Boxes may or may not be greatest hits type variants.

Lightly Played condition cards can have slight border or corner wear, or possibly minor scratches. No major defects are present, and there are less than 4 total flaws on the card. Lightly Played condition foils may have slight fading or indications of wear on the card face. '

Moderately Played condition cards have moderate wear, or flaws apparent to the naked eye. Moderately Played condition cards can show moderate border wear, mild corner wear, water damage, scratches , creases or fading, light dirt buildup, or any combination of these defects. '
